- Teaches students to master the fundamental skills of food service in hotels, restaurants, hospitals, catering, and many more fields within the industry.Â
- Certificate B and AAS include a culinary internship for on-the-job training and a capstone project where students create, plan, and execute a mock restaurant.
- All culinary students are prepared for and required to pass the National ServSafe Certification exam.
